The MyFlexHome hotel subscription is now also bookable at Revo, WunderLocke and Ibis Styles. Expansion into additional cities will take place in the first quarter of 2023.
As of now, the MyFlexHome offer is also available in three other brand new hotels in Munich, which have celebrated their opening only in the last few months. As cooperation partners, the Revo, WunderLocke and Ibis Styles Perlach rely on the concept of the subscription model of MyFlexHome.
Through the hotel subscription, hotels gain repeat bookers as regular guests and reach the new target group of hybrid employees who do not live near their office. The guest selects a fixed hotel and books between four and 16 nights per month.
“We are very pleased to be able to expand our offering in Munich with further exciting hotels, whose concept is ideally suited to our target group. The steadily growing demand for our hotel subscription since its launch in June 2022 has shown that we have struck a chord with our subscription model. In Munich, we already have over 100 active customers after six months. Experience to date has shown that the average customer chooses a subscription with seven nights per month and books their overnight stays comparatively early,” says Managing Director Kilian Ricken.
All three new properties feature a concept that offers far more than a classic hotel – there are community areas for social interaction and co-working spaces, among other things. This turns the hotel into a second, flexible temporary home for hybrid work models.
Increased home office activities decouple the place of residence from the place of work. The hotel subscription is the innovative solution for “temporary living” in hybrid work models, with only a few days of presence at the place of work. The time-consuming search for accommodation and the payment of a full month’s rent for only temporary use is no longer necessary – pay-as-you-use with a hotel subscription as a forward-looking solution in the new hybrid working world.
During the first quarter of 2023, the hotel subscription will also be available in other German cities, including Berlin, Hamburg and Frankfurt. A three-digit number of potential customers have already registered in advance for other cities.
