The hotel subscription is an innovative business model invented by Munich-based start-up MyFlexHome and has been live since 05/2022. A completely new target group is being developed for hotels: Hybrid employees who do not live within daily commuting distance from the office. Home office at your favorite place – hotel subscription for office days. Instead of paying a monthly rent – as is the case with classic forms of housing (e.g. second homes) – subscription customers only pay for their actual overnight stays for temporary living in the pilot city of Munich and benefit from constant and favorable overnight prices. In addition, the customer receives special benefits at the hotel such as luggage storage even between their stays.
